What you should know about your pets cremations when they are in our care.
It is with great sadness we read about in the local news about, the now closed, 1ST Call Pet Cremation’s mishandling of pets.
We wanted to reassure present and former clients of Craig Road Animal Hospital that we have never used 1ST Call Pet Cremation for cremation services.
Currently, Craig Road Animal Hospital uses West Coast Pet Memorial Services, a multi-state cremation services company with pet crematories and pet cemeteries in Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. West Coast Pet Memorial Services also has a tracking system for individual pet remains during the cremation process, which is accessible by pet owners.
Before using West Coast, Craig Road Animal Hospital used a local business; Craig Road Pet Cemetery, which was purchased by West Coast Pet Memorial Services.
